Booking + Payment Steps

Step 1: Complete the form below, selecting the room you wish to book. Be sure to share any dietary restrictions, allergies or requests, and roommate preference if traveling with a friend! This is not a vegan or vegetarian retreat, but we’re happy to accommodate a range of dietary preferences/needs.

Step 2: Submit $500 non-refundable deposit on the next page when this one redirects. You may also disregard the redirect page and send your deposit to Cat via Venmo (@cat-valadez). Please note that without a deposit, your spot isn’t secured!

Step 3: Once we receive your deposit, you’ll get a confirmation email within 48 hours, detailing your balance and future payment schedule. Remaining 2 payments can be made via Venmo (@cat-valadez), Zelle or check to Cat Valadez Yoga, LLC. Credit card and PayPal are accepted with additional processing fees (3.5%)

Step 4: Second payment (50% of your total remaining balance) is due no later than August 12, 2024.

Step 5: Final balance must be paid by Sept 1, 2024.

Refund + Cancellation Policy

We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance coverage once you have your spot confirmed and flight booked. This retreat is subject to the following refund/cancellation policy: all deposits are non-refundable. 50% of remaining balance is due August 12, the other 50% due Sept 1. Cancellations before June 21 receive a full refund on any additional payments made beyond the deposit. No refunds after June 21, unless we have a wait list with someone ready to take your spot.
